At JOAH BROWN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 21-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that all sale items and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all JOAH BROWN tags remain attached, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
